  I have been using this app for about a year, it give you great deals like free delivery most of the time and you can easily view your points and your favourited items, I haven't ever had any problems with glitches or account, even customer service is great for cancelling or returning an order. But why doesn't the app have reviews? Every time I want to see what the reviews of the item are, I have to go onto the website, and read them there! Which defeats the purpose of downloading the app! Also there is a hollister radio on the app, which isn't good music and it's difficult to stop the music playing once you've pressed play. I guess the idea was that you were listening to hollister style music as if you were in store but I doubt anyone uses it.
