    This App can be used only to buy or recharge Metro ticket/cards.. HMRL doesn't have basic common sense to provide Metro service updates.. if there is any break / delay in services, closure of metro stations.. it is for their income generation, by reducing their staff

    The shuttle services from metro station to surrounding areas is really good. But, we need new routes for the newly opened green line. I stay in Gandhi Nagar musherrabad, so if you could provide a shuttle service from musherrabad metro station to land marks in Gandhi Nagar, it would be greatly appreciated. One more thing, after buying ticket on app, why should we again tell the booking id. Please remove the step, it's annoying. That's why I have given only 4 stars.

    It was my first service from my home and it was worst costed me 45mts and additional transportation cost to Paradise metro station. Though I had written to the customer service mail id I believe it's not been monitor at all. lesson I learnt is call the service number of that route to plan my travel. your T&C's can be changed without notice but you should be capable enough to ensure the new information is ATLEAST POSTED IN APP.

    Very worst.slow response . l booked 4 tickets and money is debited from my account,but no active tickets and no payment history on my app dashboard. No proper way for raising tickets for any inconveniences.
