  The worst app ever. Doesn't work half the time. Takes forever to scan anything. Said process was successful yet it didn't get completed. Total time waster. I'm totally waiting for my identity to be stolen with this bs app but I'm required to do this for my job. How would you trust your ID info with such a retarded app?? You're just asking to have your identity stolen.

  Doesn't automatically scan ID document. I held the phone for almost 10 minutes and no scan was taken. No feedback when doing something wrong. Ridiculous app. Frustrating experience.

  The worst experience ever & cannot be trusted. The app keeps on looping. It doesn't even offer any clear steps to why something happened. It's just like you become a developer and start guessing why. Companies using this app in first place must be confused. You can see clearly that they lack customer service by not responding to reviews of customers facing difficulties using the app. In my opinion, don't trust this app with your documents.

  This is an utterly useless app not tested with international passports or driving licences which it NEVER recognises. Not worth a single star
