Isochronic tones 🔊 are an effective technique for brainwave entrainment. Influence, scientifically proven, your brain frequency and for example sleep better 😴 or improve your concentration 👨‍🎓👩‍🎓. Brainwave synchronization (also referred to as neural entrainment) uses the ability of the brain to naturally synchronize its brainwave frequencies with the rhythm of periodic external stimuli like auditory, visual, or tactile. This app uses auditory stimuli, in this case isochronic tones. An isochronic tone is a tone that is being turned on and off rapidly. This creates sharp, distinctive pulses of sound. It is widely accepted that patterns of neural firing, measured in Hz, correspond with states of alertness such as focused attention, relaxation, meditation, deep sleep, etc. With this app you alter these patterns of neural firing on purpose. For example you might aim for one of these five types of brain waves frequencies: Gamma, Beta, Alpha, Theta & Delta.
Contrary to binaural beats, Isochronic Tones can be played on speakers 🔊.
