  It makes it so easy. Only thing Jamba needs to fix in the app is location. When you change location it drops your basket. When there is a free drink. You can't claim it on the app. Only in person.

  The app is user friendly. Very easy to use, except when the system is down and I have no idea why my order is not going through and I don't find out why until I go into the store. Ordering through the app saves time especially when you encounter a store clerk who doesn't have a sense of urgency :-( Most of the time, I buy my drink in the morning on my way to work (between 7:30 to 8 am).

  Downloaded and used once. App failed to log me in on the 2nd use. Wouldn't send me a password to get back in. Deleted the app!

  Everything you need to view items, place orders, and use points. The way things are catagorized makes for simple and easy use of the App.

  Not working properly. Items are in store but on app it says it's not. Certain store is open but app says it's closed. So frustrating!

  Tried to sign into app over 10 times. Doesn't allow me to 'register' 'sign in' or 'skip & order'. Just freezes both o n my older & new phones.
