Family-owned and community focused, Jason's Deli serves guests at 275 delis in 28 states and growing. Around here, a lot of thought goes into what we put in our food, and what we take out of it. Now, that same great food is available on the go. Skip the line and order on the Jason's Deli App for delivery and take-out!
We've recently updated our app to be compatible with our new online ordering site. You’ll need to reset your password upon opening after the update. Click on “Forgot Password” to generate a new password.
You'll continue to earn new Deli Dollars while we keep your existing Deli Dollars safe in our Deli Dollar vault. Your existing Deli Dollars will be carried over during our upcoming releases.

  When I use the app the order it charges my card twice. This first time it happened I thought it just ordered twice by mistake and the problem fixed itself. This second time it charged my card for my meal and then again for different amount. Im starting to think this app has security issues. Would not recommend. Just call to pick up.

  This app will never accept my card. The website will accept my card, but the mobile site ordering process fails lately. Please fix your digital ordering. It's a pain in the ass the way it is. PS: Nobody cares how good the app looks if it doesn't work right.

  Double check everything before and after placing the order. The app will change the date, the order location, and does not always send the order through.

  Jason's Deli as a restaurant is great. But this app sucks. You place your order and it then tells you that your pickup time has changed. Then when you get to the restaurant you find that it didn't send them your order. I have placed three orders now and only one worked correctly. The Jason's Deli staff is friendly and their food is good but this app is next to worthless.

  While this app is functional there are flow issues. The developers need to work towards functionality that makes ordering easy not nearly impossible. I made 3 different orders and the app made me think that the order was placed mainly because it announces that the order is set to be filled at a certain time. Asking a c card to a profile does not happen in the edit profile section. There are many more issues and as it stands this app is very inefficient for ordering.
