  hit and miss. It is good for getting your prescriptions is the only thing, if you dont have insurance. for the app itself, there is no consistency on the timing of chatting w a dr. sometimes itll take 1 hour to 4 hours. no one is waiting by their phones that long, we all have a life. and when we do have a dr connected, we get a notification that they responded...and even getting to that chat box takes forever to load! takes so long that the dr. leaves and you have to start the process all over.

  I've had a consistent experience, doctors are friendly and knowledgable. I have a lot of flexibility in when I talk to them. Great for people who want the flexibility of talking to a doctor via text or who would otherwise have to jump through hoops to talk to doctor or are uninsured.

  Don't waste your money. Wouldn't even prescribe a simple antibiotic and told me I should see an in person doctor. I get the same thing twice a year every year. Know exactly what is needed. Last 2 actual doctors I've seen in person asked me what worked best for me and gave me exactly what I asked for here.

  This could have been good if a doctor actually got back to me in a timely manner. It was about 8:30p.m when I pulled up this app. I do t have insurance at the moment and was pretty desperate. I paid the fee, it put me in the waiting room. I waited by my phone for over an hour. Finally at almost 10p.m I decided to go to bed because I had work the next day. I woke up the next morning to see a doctor responding at 10:50 p.m. I would really like my money back.

  Very quick responses from doctors, makes getting prescriptions for simple things like UTIs much faster and easier. I also get antidepressants monthly in the mail through khealth with no problems. Very good app, especially for those without insurance.

  I've been using the Behavioral Health subscription plan for 3 months. The app functions very well + I've found the AI screenings to be in depth and very useful. I've had good experiences with the doctors I've messaged. All have been compassionate and helpful. The $34/month for this plan feels like good value, especially since it includes the cost of my prescription, which is delivered to me. I'm currently between health insurance plans, and K Health has been invaluable in bridging that gap.
