Before stepping foot in your apartment, your cleaner has undergone a background check. After they start cleaning, we use your feedback (ratings) and additional background checks to ensure that quality of service remains high.

Thanks for choosing Lapa Lopa! We consistently update the app to improve the experience for apartment neighbors (residents). With this update, we added the ability to message with the cleaner on the day of each cleaning. This will make it easier for the cleaner to access the unit and to determine expected arrival time to allow for social distancing when the resident is at home.
