  Not user friendly, I had corporate ticket instead the app chose cash payment. Now my ticket is useless, no assistance offered. Utterly disappointed

  I use this app to deliver parcels to clients. However i have been noticing hikes in fees for some time. Eg. I charge a client 400 for a specific delivery. The charge hikes by 90 or 100 eating into my very calculated profit medium. This is not the case with another app. Gives you a specific charge fee and that is what the client pays. I am being forced to rethink using little as my mode of business transport or normal transport medium.
