  I could honestly care less about this app. Whenever I'm at a concert and try to connect to wifi, thisaleays pops up. So I said screw it and downloaded it. I don't even use it.

  I purchased insurance on a ticket and they won't allow me a refund or to sell my tickets, because they changed the date and I can't make it.

  I loved this AP as it was a hassle free way to buy concert tickets and I've used it alot however amid the Covid19 pandemic I had concerts cancel that I had tickets for and I had to seek for my refunds which in my book is not cool. I feel that I should've been notified and promptly refunded not stress about expensive tickets getting refunded. I'm over it now... Sorry but cmon Live Nation!

  I will definitely use Live Nation again. Unfortunately the concert I had paid for(Knotfest 2020) has been canceled due to COVID-19, but Live Nation emailed me to let me know my tickets would automatically get refunded. I haven't gotten the refund yet, but just the fact that it is automatically being done is excellent. Also they gave me the option to opt in to 150% worth of my ticket price's credit, I don't plan on using that option but it is cool to have the option.
