    This is a great App and works good. Only thing is you have limited time for your Audio calling. When you want to hear whats going on in the vehicle or whatever it is your tracking you better make sure its close to that person. Other than that wonderful product..

    Started out good but no sound as it claimed. Secondly it missing data from stsrtups when car takes off and simetimes it takes 30 min to show location

    The gps tracking is amazing and accurate. If your having issues its the cell tower reception not the device or app. However, don't even bother trying to listen on audio, its horrible.

    I have had a couple of issues that were handled quickly and professionally in the past. I am having an issue now that seems to be more involved than the past and cannot seem to get a response either by email or chat. I have contacted others that are having the same issues and we are very concerned. Note to Logistimatics: If you have a long-time customer on auto-pay that has an issue, maybe, MAYBE, you should take care of said customer....thanks, an about to be 'former' customer.

    I received my tracker I set it up with the wrong number by accident. Turns out I received a tracker that is already in use. When I call logistimatics no one answers. I've reached out by email still nothing. I'm very disappointed. Oh and I called the tracker once and I only have 120 minutes left on a tracker that's not even mine. Smh
