  This is a good app overall and have redeemed a few gift cards but now I can't get on it to do my scratchers. It won't load even when I'm connected to my WiFi or my data and it's been happening all day. Everytime I close the app I have to uninstall then reinstall it just to do my scratchers. Please fix this then I will change my rating to 5 stars. Thank you

  I noticed they said they updated rewards every 90 minutes back in Sept. Now its we update rewards several times a day. Once I can redeem a gift card consistently, you will get a higher rating. Almost 6 months and no gift cards under $100 have popped. Disappointing.

  It says that gift cards are restocked every 90 minutes. But I reached my goal of 24,000,000 tokens at the beginning of last week. And ever since then I have been checking the whole time and all different times of the day. And NONE of the gift cards ranging from $1 - $25 have been in stock! When you look for help and click submit a request, nothing happens! To the person that said lucky day is terrible, I say the opposite, i have cashed out 3 x $15 gift cards in the past few months!

  This is a well-designed, attractive, fun app - better than Lucky Day, which glitched every time I used it. However, once I reach enough for a gift card, ALL options available for that amount are ALWAYS "sold out". I got up to enough for a $10 card, thinking the lower-amount cards were just popular, and now all 22 options available for $10 or less remain constantly sold out. Every single one, always, for months... There are 7 options for more than $10, but do I really want to waste more time? No.

  I redeemed a $2 Amazon.ca gift card in Dec 17, but I only receive a $1 Amazon.ca gift card (Tango Card) after I claimed it. Sending to your support email, but no reply. Try to submit a ticket from your App, show a white screen after submitting the ticket. Nowhere I can get any support from this App. Please send me the missing $1 Amazon.ca gift card or refund me the equivalent points.

  I love this app, personally. It's definitely addictive! I used to buying scratch offs and losing but here, even if I lose at least I'm not losing any money! But very rarely do I lose. I either gain more tokens that I can put toward rewards or I also actually gain money. I haven't been playing for less than a week and already have almost enough to cash out($10). WAY LOWER than three other games with a minimum of like $100 to cash out! And slow down when you get closer to the amount to cash out!!
