ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ 'මෝටර් රථ ප්‍රවාහන පණතේ' ඇති අයුරින් 2015/11/12 දින දරන 'ශ්‍රී ලංකා ප්‍රජාතාන්ත්‍රික සමාජවාදී ජනරජයේ අතිවිශේෂ ගැසට් පත්‍රයට' අනුකූලව මෙම යෙදුම සකසා ඇත.
රියදුරන් හට අවශ්‍යවන සියළුම මාර්ග සංඥා,
පුවරු, නීති රීති, රෙගුලාසි ඇතුලු තොරතුරු ඉතාමත් ක්‍රමානුකූලව සහ පහසුවෙන් අවබෝධ කරගත හැකි අයුරින් මෙම යෙදුම සමග ඉදිරිපත් කර ඇත.
එමෙන්ම රියදුරු බලපත්‍ර විභාගයට සූදානම් වීමට අවශ්‍ය සියලුම න්‍යායායාත්මක ප්‍රශ්ණ මෙම යෙදුම මගින් ලබා ගත හැකිය. මෝටර් රථ ප්‍රවාහන දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව මගින් ලබා දෙන සියලුම විභාග ප්‍රශ්ණ මෙයට ඇතුලත් වේ.
