2. Pause Automation
Stop all bot messages while you communicate with your subscriber. As soon as you message them back, 30 minutes pause is activated and your subscriber will only receive manually sent messages from an admin for 30 minutes.
3. Assign conversation
Assign the conversation to yourself. You can track all the assignments.

    Nice app but need some important feature . We can not know whether customer read message or not on app . We can not schedual appointment in app like in web browser in desktop

    Would love to see more features such as control over notifications and other settings. Also, the messages do not update in real time which is a bit confusing but closing the app and opening it again helps. Obviously, having the flow builder in a mobile app would be fantastic but probably it's not that easy to develop.

    Great just add notification feature because its missing notification I don't know when a person message qnd then they leave.

    PC Web version work properly, but apps have some problem. 1. message arrives late in Mobile app 2. can't find edit option like PC 3. Office wifi ok but home wifi it's not response. (important) otherwise it's awesome ♥️♥️♥️

    Why does it have to be this complicated? I can't create my automated message. It keeps to telling to create a reply for the button but refuse to function when I click QUICK REPLY. I hope you'll provide a link of your tutorial. I spend my half day for nothing.
