MAYA Health focuses on identifying health issues relevant to the local community. Chronic illnesses are identified and Health Navigator counsels and provides individuals with necessary information to manage the illness or have it treated at a nearby facility. People are more receptive to this system since it comes from a known member of their own community. Based on constant monitoring the Health Navigator provides the community with feedback and information to ensure that illnesses are prevented, managed or cured. App is an innovative technological platform, that accelerates establishing a model of empowered micro health entrepreneurs to provide “last-mile” services to communities. We are taking a three-pronged technology approach:
- Use The advances in Medical Devices technology to derive access to affordable healthcare
- Technology Platform should be enabled with precise analysis and reports to help the patients, Health navigators and all the stake holders
- Collection of data which is precise and verifiable to drive research for community benefit.
