  Poor experience, not user friendly app to use. Ordering process is smooth but when come to payment, the nightmare starts. Credit card option is not available even though u have keyed in the necessary details, the payment page will prompt an unsuccessful message to u. When dial in to their hotline, the staff informed that their apps is working well, they advise to use website instead. Yet, the same issue happens. Really suck experience 😕

  There's no need for a special request section if no one is gonna read it and follow through. Requested more chilli sauce and I only got 3 which is lesser than the usual 4. Ordered ice lemon tea and got coke instead. So whats the point of even creating this app when no one is gonna follow and even charging me delivery fee for wrong orders sent?

  The app is not working literally just take it down... I registered to make a new acc... I put my email and the info that they needed BUT it didn't show me anywhere that I should make a username.. Because when I wanted to log in, it says I need to type in my username and password... WHICH, it doesn't show anywhere about making a new username during registering for a new acc... I can't even guest order cuz of error... This is the 4th time I downloaded this app... Do something... lol

  Stupid app. So many things wrong, give a 10min ordering time limit? Cannot process payment? No immediate customer support hotline? Which idiot team in charge of the app? Might as well just fire them all right.

  It changed the timing of your delivery without informing. It charges delivery service juz as expensively as other delivery services but it services sucks. You might as well not have a delivery apps if u can't keep up with delivery demands.
