Many health facilities around the world have been unable to attend to urgent medical situations due to lack of beds, unavailability of health personnel and insufficient logistics.
This has led to the loss of high human capital and many avoidable deaths.
After losing family and friends through avoidable circumstances, we have resolved to scratch our itch.
Being that we are in the digital era, we propose an intervention that leverages technology to enhance visibility into healthcare facility tracking.
Primarily, this intervention facilitates an optimal allocation of beds and allied resources ranging from health professionals, ambulance, medical equipments, drugs ETC. It provides information on available practitioners and first aid. The intervention involves optimizing waiting periods for the patients and reducing incidents whereby patients are turned away from health centers. It is a collaborative approach that thrives on information sharing among stakeholders.
