UYGULAMANIN AMACI: 5018 sayılı Kamu Mali Yönetimi ve Kontrol Kanunu'nun, kamu kurum ve kuruşlarında uygulanmasına katkıda bulunmak, kamu mali yönetim sistemine ilişkin bilgilendirmelerde bulunmaktır.
