This is a normal Clock with Music Control Features.

Only for remote control of Google Play Music, Spotify or Rdio.
Go to settings and select your favorite music player.
Then select this clock on Gear Manager and use the buttons to change songs and play, pause the music.
You will see the artist and track name. For Spotify you must enable this feature at Spotify settings (enable third party Apps).
To change from 24 hours mode to am/pm mode you can tap on the clock.
To refresh the weather, tap on it.
