Q. Who are the medical practitioners for My Health?
A. Our team consists of licensed medical practitioners, available for a private and confidential consultation over the phone. All practitioners are licensed with Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council. Our team strictly follows our international health protocols from the World Health Organization as well as current Bangladeshi medical protocols, to provide you the highest quality of services. Our medical practitioners speak both in Bangla and English.
Q. I’m already a customer of one of the My Health products, can I use this App?
A. Yes. Just install the App on your Android phone, log in with the phone number you used to register for My Health, and you will be able to use all the features in the app right away.
Q. Do I need to take an appointment before I call My Health doctor?
A. No. We understand you might need to reach a medical practitioner instantly. Just dial My Health doctors from within the app to place your doctor consultation request. The service has a call back facility for registered subscribers and family members, so shortly you will be contacted by one of our medical practitioner.
