    It just dosen't work and it's the only way, short of ringing Sky(which is a nightmare), to re-arrange an engineer's visit to install Sky in the first place. Thinking of cancelling the whole thing. So frustrating!!!

    You might want to think about putting a quit button in the App. So that you don't have to go back through all the things you've just looked at before it exits. Just saying. Previous App was much better. Everything was all on 1 page.

    This app no longer seems to be compatible with my Sony Xperia L3, even though it always used to be! It does however work on my husband's Samsung S20 FE phone! Why is this? It should be compatible on all phones 😡

    Useless, keeps telling me my broadband contract is ending and to renew it now but then just hangs, been trying for weeks...so I will renew.....with a new provider, it'll be quicker!

    I can't access my sky mobile account. The message that appears says I have to leave the app and go online. What is the point of having the app and you can't access all the services.

    Not connected to any network issue The app keeps telling me im not connected to any network. 1) I am connected 2) I've allowed the app to connect to a network. Still the issue pops up.
