    Wouldn't work. Wouldn't recognise password so reset. Tried again. Still wouldn't work. Not having a very good experience with VM at all.

    It's changed so you have to do payment then open bank app to confirm payment but now after you go back to virgin confirm page it resets to home so payment not made. It sucks bad and its change after change and more unreliability. Very hard to talk to real person now too. This is a bad trend.

    The app wont load properly. Havent been able to check service, look at upgrade options or even message you. App says do not call but app doesnt work 😡

    This application is clearly built by the lowest bidder. To even start listing the bugs and faults would be a waste of my time, go and employ some actual junior developers who can test the app properly and make it even vaguely usable and you'd have a lot less people leaving your services behind.

    Its not the greatest,when making Payments another window pops up and if you have a card verification and you go out off the window to get the code you will lose the payment process and the window,😡😡😡and you have to start all over again.

    Completely useless. Even if it detects an issue with your network it won't let you book an engineer, so you have to go through the support site anyway (and run through the exact same checks and troubleshooting guides). All it says it's "we'll sort it out for you" but gives you no indication of what's wrong or updates that anything is being fixed.
