  MyCar is good... The App is understoodable, easy.. The driver came faster once I request.. The fare is acceptable.. Only that, I think MyCar should select the MyCar Driver which so far I follow the MyCar, I got two drivers which one is being rude, driving so fast and some more asking to add some money only when I arrived to the said place.. All of that, I am so grateful of being MyCar customer..

  Another edit: after the most recent update, I have had two instances of drivers nearby who suddenly cancelled the trip. Considering how close they were, I suspect their app may have crashed rather than the driver cancelling. Was able to occasionally use this app previously, but this app continues to be too unreliable to be my main app. Rating. Still remains 1-star

  Waiting for OTP but haven't receive.. that was a major problem, please where is the System life cycle? How u guys implement this app without test it first there are so many bug.. fix it asap or people will lost their trust.

  Very disappointing e-hailing service, long waiting time, rude drivers who will scold passengers stupid (based on real experience), and most of all unreliable app which you can't cancel your booking once you exit the app. I made a booking and then exited the app for a moment when a call came in, upon entering the app back my booking is gone and nowhere to be found even in history. This resulted in double booking and cause real inconvenience to both myself and driver. Will never recommend this.
