Tramite quest' App gratuita è possibile autorizzare (tramite l'inserimento del PIN) le operazioni effettuate dai propri clienti, monitorare il credito residuo sul wallet, le transazioni in entrata/uscita e i propri guadagni.
COME UTILIZZARLA
E' semplice, effettua l'accesso con le tue credenziali PostHello!City per poter accedere al tuo profilo e alle varie funzioni:
INSERIMENTO PIN
Tramite il tasto PIN presente in basso a destra potrai approvare le operazioni dei tuoi clienti direttamente dal tuo smartphone. Visualizzerai il tipo di servizio utilizzato e l'importo totale della transazione da confermare!
NOTIFICHE IN APP
Abilitando l'utilizzo delle notifiche dal menù impostazioni potrai ricevere una notifica ogni volta che un cliente richiede l'autorizzazione di un'operazione.
RESOCONTO WALLET
Nella sezione wallet troverai le informazioni sul tuo credito residuo e il resoconto di tutte le transazioni in entrata e uscita. Le transazioni sono etichettate con i corrispondenti servizi e riportano sempre la data per aiutarti a risalire con comodità a qualsiasi evento. Troverai anche una funzione di filtro per isolare tutte le transazioni di un determinato servizio (es. Bollettini, Posta...) o tutte le ricariche.
STATISTICHE DI GUADAGNO
Nella sezione statistiche troverai riportati in maniera chiara i tuoi guadagni su scala giornaliera, settimanale e mensile. Interagendo con il grafico potrai visualizzare anche statistiche pregresse. Il dato di guadagno totale inoltre è anche diviso nei vari servizi che lo compongono in modo da capire quali di questi funzionano di più o quali non sono stati notati dai tuoi clienti!

HOW TO USE IT
It's simple, log in with your PostHello! City credentials to access your profile and various functions:
PIN INSERTION
Using the PIN button on the bottom right you can approve the operations of your customers directly from your smartphone. You will see the type of service used and the total amount of the transaction to be confirmed!
NOTIFICATIONS IN THE APP
By enabling the use of notifications from the settings menu you will be able to receive a notification every time a customer requests the authorization of an operation.
WALLET REPORT
In the wallet section you will find information on your remaining credit and the report of all incoming and outgoing transactions. Transactions are labeled with the corresponding services and always report the date to help you easily trace any event. You will also find a filter function to isolate all transactions of a specific service (eg Bulletins, Post ...) or all top-ups.
GAIN STATISTICS
In the statistics section you will find clearly your earnings on a daily, weekly and monthly scale. By interacting with the graph, you can also view previous statistics. The total revenue figure is also divided into the various services that make it up in order to understand which of these work the most or which have not been noticed by your customers!
