  Glitchy and sensitive. Hard to navigate between the different brands, hard to search for items, closes randomly for no reason. It's a very messy layout.

  Runs slow, don't like that you have to sign in everytime you want to check order status. Chat does not work screen is just blank. PayPal option didn't work, should add notifications, and navigate to app when a link is clicked on.

  This app is no good it should be separated credict card one app and the online store another is a pain in the ass every time i have to log to the credict section please fix.

  Terrible app that ends up spinning more often than anything. I've been trying to pay my bill through the app and it keeps bringing me to The Gap and then telling me that I don't have an account.

  While searching, if you click to look at an item, then go back to the original list, it starts you all the way back at the top and you have to find where you were, but then the order of the items changed so.... also items keep coming up as "that item just became unavailable" but then it's still showing its picture while I'm looking.
