Description of OPTIMISE

Designed for enterprise device deployments Optimise is a client application for the Symec Hub and cannot be used as a stand alone application.
A Symec Hub customer ID is required to set up and use the Optimise application.
Optimise performs auto tests on the device at user definable intervals with parameters configured within the Symec Hub.
These test are:
Battery
Memory
WiFi Signal (Health based on location)
Mobile Signal (Health based on location)
The results of these tests are sent to the Symec Hub along with the location of the device at the point the test conducted. The location of the device is not captured outside these tests.
The location of the device at the point the test was conducted is used in combination with the Wifi / Mobile signal data to provide information on the connectivity of the device. This data can be used for analysis to determine weakness in WiFi network infrastructure or mobile connectivity.
