This app is specially designed for providers to view the reports generated for a patient, when patient answers any survey using patient app/web application.
• How it works
1. Log in with proper credentials (provider's username and password)
2. User will see the dashboard with assigned patient list.
3. Click on patient card,generated patient reports will be shown in the report dashboard
4. To review the report, just click on it.
Benefits :
1. This is fastest way for provider to review the patient report.
2. PediQUEST will support to improve Quality of Life of patient in physical,psychological,social,school section.

1)As per the play store guidelines, added the privacy policy URL in the menu bar.
