  You can't add another car. Worthless app. Edit: when trying to park it looks like a dead-end and you can't add a vehicle, but you can do it in "My account". Very idiosyncratic way to do it but it's fine.

  The below issue I had has been fixed with the latest update. Thank You. ***When I press the "Slide to Pay" button, the button will change to "processing" and it will stay that way indefinitely. So the only way I know the booking was successful is by the email confirmation with my booking and the credit card charge.***

  Long process to sign up for account that demands personal information that is not needed to park a car. Database breach waiting to happen.

  I've used this app to pay for parking twice and both times, Indigo Parking have taken 2 payments out when only 1 transaction was performed. When contacting customer service, they said that there is no error on there end and that there is nothing they will do to correct this issue. Luckily my bank has reimbursed me for both errors but it makes it difficult to pay for parking when they scam 2 payments from you.

  I did "slide to pay" and it kept saying "create order failed." Tried multiple times and my order still won't go through. I have no choice to go to the parking meter and line up to pay. So much for having the app for convenience option...

  Horrible app. Dispicable company all around. Can't even pay ticket properly because the App doesn't work. They will ticket you even if u have to drop something off at the door. Within 30 seconds they are typing up a ticket. Fraudulent distasteful people running this place.
