  I booked a ticket from Chennai to Bangalore of 2+2 semi sleeper volvo scania today and the seat I booked was a window seat in the last row but then received a message saying that due to technical reasons, a single axle bus is been replaced. I was still fine with it but it was disappointing when I was asked to occupy a mid-seat of the last row without any support for an overnight travel. I tried to speak to the conductor as well but he was least bothered to cooperate. First bad experience with PT

  The staff at Chennai Parveen terminus deliberately misguide the customers who are little late and ask them to board at alternative location but neither call nor pick call and see that the bus is missed to sell the seats through syndicate of brokers. They mis behaved upon questioning why there was no call by them at alternative pick up. On 29.12.19 we are put to great trouble and a old lady had to travel on last seat of 10.30 pm bus on another travels bus. Horrible service.

  I booked for parveen tirupati one day package tour from chennai through this app... They provided excellent service.... Guide had provided his best no words to express that man... And the driver too...i travelled in CK 9239 both the guide and driver should be appreciated... This was my first pilgrimage travel with my parents they were happy... Thank you all for providing the memorable day in my life... The darshan was good and the price of the tour was also economical..All over good experience
