Description of PasswdSafe - Password Safe

PasswdSafe is a port of the Password Safe (http://pwsafe.org) application to Android. Password files can be synced from cloud services using the companion PasswdSafe Sync app. YubiKey NEO tokens are supported for two-factor authentication. File passwords can be saved on devices with a fingerprint scanner and Android 6.0 or higher.

Improve handling of files with errors. Records with errors are listed, and the file can be saved without them. Attempt to ensure file is truncated before saving to prevent file corruption.

  This worked fine until I got a new phone. Now I can't find any of my passwords. I got them once but must have been a fluke because I followed the steps you posted here and it's not working. Do I have to recreate all my records? Also, I don't want all my photos and docs in there why do you ask for access to them?

  enjoy the app but recently when the app is open along with a chrome window when i try to type in the chrome window the app minimizes. Is there a way to have both remain on the screen

  Password Safe has been my go-to password security app for 15 years. It is great to have it readily available on my Android phone. Three cheers!

  Rather upset with this recent update. It apparently disassociated the app with my password files and gives no indication where the password files are saved on my to reassociate them. The only help being offered is that there is a button that allows you to hunt for you now disassociated password files in you devices storage. Whomever approve this deployment didn't think through how frustrating this would be for users. Bad form guys.

  What I did to get things to work after update. To edit the file, go to the menu (three bars on upper left) and change "Writable" to active. If you used a file mgr other than the default, it won't allow you to reopen the file when you reopen the app unless you navigate to the file again and won't let you change the file mgr. To fix this, you have to uninstall the file mgr that you used, reopen the file with the default file mgr, and then reinstall your other file mgrnafterwards.

  Been using for years and all the sudden my passwords are gone. I used it just a few days ago. All of my passwords are gone! I had to go to great lengths to recover my password since my fingerprint link was broken after this change.
