CAUTION : Do not use any File Cleaning apps (like AVG Cleaner, Clean Master, CCleaner etc.). Since they are unable to read the protected files of our Photo Locker app, they might delete them.

Forgot app PIN ?
Use email recovery. we will mail you the PIN to registered email.
Locked Images are resized ?
No, locked photos maintain their original resolution.
Where are the Locked photos located ?
Files are moved to a secure folder ".itzpl" on your device.
We do not save to any cloud servers for user's privacy.
Note: Do not delete this folder.
Deleted the app without exporting or unlock the photos. Can I recover them ?
Yes, re-install the app and your photos will be recovered automatically.
Note: Recovery works only if you haven't deleted the ".itzpl" folder.
Can I move the app to SD card ?
No, Do not move app to SD card* (we have plans in future updates)
Devices running on Android 4.4 and above have restricted application access to SD card*
Will the app work on Custom ROM ?
We do not recommended for devices on custom ROM.
All my photos are missing! What should I do ?
Navigate to ".itzpl" folder using File manager.
(You need to Enable, view "Hidden folders" option in some file manager to view itzpl folder.)
Check if there are files exist. If you can see some files and folders then your files are safe!
You can try uninstalling the app and re-installing and all your files should be recovered automatically :-)
Worst Case:
If there is No files and folders present on the ".itzpl" folder, your files have been deleted by some other apps like Memory cleaner, Booster, Android cleaner, Storage optimisers. Do not use any cleaner apps in future!
