  To other users, I found this out the hard way: Confirm that the backup file is actually complete upon saving. (Internal Storage>"PrivateDiaryBackup.zip") Sometimes, it doesn't finish saving. Save was successful if you open the .zip file and a bunch of little folders load. If it didn't save then, when you try to open it, it won't load and you'll get an error message. Make sure, every time you backup, then back-up the back-up on an SD card or separate device.

  Can anyone help me? I forgot my password. I answered the security question correctly but there is nothing to indicate how I can change the password get back in my dairy. I've sent several emails and have not received any response from anyone. I don't want to uninstall because I'm afraid I'll lose everything I have in there. I've had this dairy for years now. I'm very annoyed that no one is trying to help me out.

  An easy way to keep a daily diary. Not the easiest for backing up & restoring, for example when you change phones. A bit hit & miss. Have lost periods of entries previously.
