RealPresence Mobile is an easy-to-use video app that provides premium quality audio, video and content sharing. Cloud-based deployment gives users access to enterprise directories at the swipe-of-a finger. Users simply highlight a name, connect, and then collaborate.

  The worse app EVER! Its sad that inmates contact visits are restricted. Then they change to this low budget app. I havent missed a visit in years until last week due to this app not connecting. The audio and image is terrible. The week before last it just kept buzzing we could barely hear each other. THE D.O.C needs to better. Zoom was perfect! Why change something that works. But that's the prison system for you. Why am I surprised?

  Worst app ever connection sucks no matter what wifi you use kicks you right out the calls and it's not clear at all very blurry horrible.

  It keeps asking me for a server address I'm on a note 8 mobile phone don't have that I need it for a video call and I am seeing so many poor reviews I know people that have tried to use it and can't what is going on with the app I will try again

  Trash can't hear anything it doesn't work. Use Zoom just a better app

  Connected on the first attempt but the voice didnt work, as soon as the voice started working the video cut out and stayed out. After about 20 minutes the call got dropped and I tried for 15 minutes to reconnect and never could.

  Just when I thought video conferencing couldn't get worse than Cisco WebEx, I'm forced to try this one by my Dr. What a mess. Maybe if it ever manages to connect I'll have nicer things to say. Uninstalled, Dr and I can just have a plain old phone call.
