  Even after 20 days, i am waiting for a refund. No body is available to take calls neither are they replying to my emails . Even social media team r in hibernate mode. Had used so many shopping apps in the past, but this is worst . Never fall for such apps if u care for your money. Better pay a little more and shop from reliable platforms who care about customer grievances.

  Very stupid application .....when we enter all the details correctly...but it is showing .....plz enter correct phone number....need to maintain brand image....I didn't expect this from reliance.....ambani ji....jara dheko....ambani bolsakthey hey brand. ..if u want be unbrand.... maintain same like this....otherwise Romeove this app from play store .........don't cheat people by showing all ....if u dont have the stock...never show the product....if we select .u dont have prdct wt u..sry

  Don't ever and never purchase reliance digital online app. There is no option to track the product. I'm ordered the product with express delivery on 1st Sep. Still I'm waiting for the product. No customer care support. Whenever I called to customer care I heard the same word n number of times that sorry for inconvenience. Don't purchase reliance digital online.

  Unable to make purchase. It says to pickup from store. Store locations is given on app, but during checkout it is not displayed, eventhou store is nearby, due to which unable to make purchase. Customer support is very poor, store executive, call center and Sr. Customer executive all have different inappropriate/unsatisfactory answers.

  This is the worst app ever, i was searching for a laptop and the price shown in the Bowser was 34,599 but when i logged in the app after creating my account the price was 38,499 and the ssd size was also reduced from 512 gb to 216gb
