  Just downloaded this as an alt to Lime. From first experience I can say this: scooters are good. However, I'm dissapointed in the company's service. Specifically, I dislike having to waist my time to take a picture to end my ride plus this time costs money. In addition I dislike havinh no option to rate a ride or report a problem easily. With Lime it takes me 30 secs to report a problem and money back on the spot. So much better for Lime in this aspect. Apart from that great scooters!

  In general i love rise scooters but lately in my city we have new rise scooters,bigger ones and i cant scan the qr code..and there is not a number on it so that i can type it manually..

  i cannot receive a confirmation code after 4 + tries. even if i try one random a message in russian is appeard!!!
