No ano de 2009, a Rota das Terras foi titulada pela Secretaria de Turismo do Estado - SETUR - RS, a 11ª Região Turística do Estado, uma importante conquista onde o reconhecimento pelo trabalho de diversos setores foi reconhecido pelo governo. Em janeiro de 2010, o Condesus Rota das Terras, na busca pelo fortalecimento regional integrou-se com o Comaja - Consorcio de Desenvolvimento Intermunicipal dos Municípios do Alto Jacuí e Alto da Serra do Botucaraí - RS, o qual atua também na área de saúde em nossa região.
Em 2011 a Rota das Terras realizou a Conferência Regional de Turismo, promovida pela Setur/RS, contando com a participação dos representantes municipais de turismo, empresários, trade e poder público. Em março de 2012, foi lançado junto ao evento de comemoração dos 15 anos da entidade, a nova logo marca e o novo slogan, com o intuito de cada vez mais valorizar as potencialidades locais tanto no âmbito cultural como natural e ainda, atrair turistas. A Rota das Terras passou a se chamar Rota das Terras Encantadas, Recantos, contos e história do povo gaúcho.
