  It works, but on android at least, it isn't the greatest conference experience. No apparent ability for participants to share slides or other media limits the engagement factor, and having to see all speakers all of the time rather than focusing in on the current speaker is just distracting. Chat function is in such a tuby window it is pretty much unreadable on a phone. Would be nice if it could run in a minimised window in the background on android so could listen while doing other things.

  Run The World is the perfect app for any type of meetup. There's not only a chat box during the sessions for you to communicate with everyone else watching the talk/panel but also a messages tab where I can individually message people at the same event.
