Description of SL-Journey planner and tickets

A convenient way to buy tickets for public transport in Stockholm with SL and get live network service updates.
* Buy tickets and pay by card or Swish.
* Plan your journey with realtime information and buy a ticket for that journey.
* Check for service disruptions and view the next departure from a certain stop or station.
* Manage your tickets and get a receipt for your ticket directly to your email inbox.
The app will use GPS to find your position for trip searches from your location.

  Rarely finds the fastest trip, even for "simple" routes. Also slower and more buggy than the previous version of the app. To end on a positive note, it's well updated on traffic information.

  Only possible departure or arrival dates are 15th of Jan to 14th of Feb. Randomly can't find any search results, works 1 of 5 times. If I do get search results, scroll down, load more, select one and go back, results reload resetting the loaded search results. Trying to add a debit or credit card always fails and Swish doesn't open at all. The feedback form doesn't allow me to write this, therefore this review instead. What's the use of this app if I can't plan my journey or buy a ticket?

  Please warn/inform the user if they have a unexpired (<75mins) ticket when trying to buy a new one. I just brought a second ticket when the first was still valid. This is poor UX and costs users money 💰💸 Tack!

  Worst user experience ever. Why do I have to re-enter my start and destination over and over again: when I reverse the direction, start becomes destination and the start field is empty; when I check for the tickets and go back to the planner my recent search is gone. And why is the "Buy ticket" button greyed out in the Travel tab while it seems to work in the Tickets tab (didn't test yet if I can actually buy a ticket because I don't trust an app that is obviously so poorly implemented)?
