Screen off need admin permission for turn off screen.
So you have trouble uninstall.
You can unstall screen off two way
1: go to setting and turn off admin permission for screen off,
and go to application unstall this
2:
click button unstall in screen of, turn off screen off in admin permission,
after that you go setting and unstall
