Uploading video error. It says the file name contains characters (which I can't find & have never had an issue with video) & now it won't let me delete, try again or stop it. It won't allow me to delete the notification that it's cleaning up space on my device. Please fix this 😡

This is the most unuseful app I've ever known. I try to get myself signed up so I dont loose all my photos of my dogs and this app decided I violated there terms and agreements when I haven't even done ANYTHING. Also adding in before that they decided that the code sent was a problematic one. I want Samsung cloud back. It was 10x better then this

This is awesome. If you dig into the options and play around with them this can become one of your most useful apps. The only thing I would really like added is the option to change the (location of) the 'camera upload' folder. It would help me even more in my organization. And also do keep innovating in privacy options, this is very important for the world.

I have an Outlook account on which I have purchased a yearly subscription to MS Office which comes with a 1TB OneDrive cloud space. But my app keeps logging into my Gmail account, which has only 5GB cloud space. I've tried removing the Gmail account and logging in with the Outlook account multiple times but the same problem persists. Please look into the issue.

Good but laggs when adding docs to the app on OnePlus6. I go to my computer & won't see the doc I added. The prompts to backup my photos is annoying..I'll run out of memory. I have this unchecked in settings but once it backed them up somehow & deleting this folder caused One Drive on my comp to crash several times, causing other comp issues & had to restart my computer & pray I didn't lose docs stored in One Drive. Hate how it always defaults to folder view no matter what
