  I used to be able to redeem my reward a few years ago, then everything stopped working. I uninstalled this app at that time and had to give up a tidy sum of rewards. 3 months ago I decided to try it again. Once again I cannot claim my reward. Sent 4 emails explaining the issue and still haven't heard back from them. This is a joke! 10 days and they remain silent. I guess they want your time but can't give any of theirs.

  Won't let me connect my VPN on my phone to start earning rewards. Keeps closing down instead.

  Wow. I just read a lot of bad reviews! I installed it this week on 3 devices. No problem. I will update review in a month whether it works. If it does, awesome! You get $100 a year so you can buy yourself/ family awesome gift every year. Edit: i have the app installed on phone and computer for almost a month now and both devices have been shutting down multiple times daily since. There were no problems before installing the app. Edit: I made $10 first month so awesome

  I had been smart app for awhile and I had built it up to $165.00. My sumsung kept having VPN issues time after time and I kept getting it to back up again to work. Then, I saw my money went way down to $105.00 two days ago and then the next day it went down to $100.00. I DON'T LIKE BEING RIP OFF!!! I grab my 100.00. I got rip off of my $65.00!!!

  Figured I'd come here since I've emailed several times and can't get a response. I've had this app for a long time and have been very happy with it. However, I redeemed my rewards in August and have yet to receive them. I've sent 4 emails and no response from anyone. I have another 5 waiting to redeem now, but fear that I'll lose my rewards again. I'm not sure what has changed. After recieving a response here, I sent another email immediately. Still no response and haven't received my rewards.
