  This application ALWAYS FORGOT log in after updated new version. It was very very inconvenient when u was out and about to use and found out that it wasn't sign in. Oh come on, it's like 40-50 applications on the cell phone who the heck going to remember each application password?

  ****Bad UI, bad UX, bad wording.**** Cannot find how many rewards I have. Until ask batista and find out that it is a phase below reward counting. Since I have 120, this number is as same as total number in reward counting. It make me thought that the phase is just a condition to get 1 reward. Old app version is a lot better, clearly see the reward i have on hand.

  Horrible app. Even with new update. Slow. Hard to log in even with correct pwd. And if u forget ur pwd then it's even worse. Everything is slow in response.

  it's really hard to use and benefit for get free beverage need 120 stars for get and if barista not say anything or to tell costumer it's make a costumer lose they are benefit also and details for benefits writing it's not clear a bit :(

  Cannot open the app. It is used to buy coffees but today it seems there is an unknown issue that makes me cannot buy coffee because the App is unusable.
