  The motive of this app is good- to help stop a pattern of behavior that is destructive personally, socially and spiritually. My problem is that I cannot take seriously the myths that the writer offers as physical effects of masturbation, such as turning hair white, sunken cheeks and erosion of bones in the hips and knees. We are to believe that one can tell that one masturbates by the look on his face. Come on. Using vulgarities to make a point doesn't help either. Looking for a different app.
