  No customer support .. No fast doubt clearing . Even they don't even answer. Voice of videos are worst. Voices can heard in break it is so frustrating and distracting. I have complaint many times , but no one action has been taken.

  No doubt content is really good ...but videos aren't on time and app is too slow. It's very annoying sometimes..they don't answer the doubts as well...

  Experience for the interface is pathetic, for every single touch it has loading time, it needs high speed internet even if you downloaded the video, it took couple of minutes to reach downloads then again loading time to open the downloaded video Content is as expected but interface is also imp, its better to to take videos on youtube rather this irritating stuff. Very poor interface and not feasible to use.

  My experience is worst regarding this app. When i playing a video at faster speed to cover more videos in a particular day than voice breaking start continuosly. When i complaint to study iq team they said this is the problem with your particular device, Should i buy a new device to watch current affairs videos at study iq......wow..🙄😓😞😡😠🤬
