Description of Survey Junkie

Welcome to Survey Junkie, where incentives and influence meet to create a better tomorrow. Survey Junkie is an online community with over 11 million members dedicated to making your voice heard. When large companies are creating new products or updating current ones, they need people like you and me to share valuable insight. Because at the end of the day, your voice is essential to a brand’s decision-making process.
Take fun and interesting surveys. Then redeem your points and cash out your rewards.
It’s simple and straightforward. Your voice helps make a difference, so you get paid to do it.
1. Can anyone become a member of Survey Junkie?
Members must be 16 or older and reside in the United States.
2. How do I earn points?
You must successfully complete surveys, profile questionnaires or take other rewardable actions to earn points. You'll know when an action is rewardable if it has designated points displayed within a green button.
4. How do I redeem my points?
To redeem your points click “My Points” from the navigation bar's dropdown menu or click “Current Points” from the user dashboard. Once you're on the My Points page, follow these steps:
If you have reached a minimum of 500 points, you are eligible to redeem your rewards with the following methods
- cash using PayPal
- popular e-Giftcards. e-Giftcards
- direct bank transfer.
PayPal redemptions may require you to log into your PayPal account. After you select your redemption method, you will be asked to select or provide the email address where you'd like to receive the reward. If you're adding a new email address, you will be required to confirm that email before proceeding with the redemption. This ensures we don't send the reward to the wrong person. Verify that the reward type, amount, and email the reward will be sent to are correct, then click “Yes, Redeem”. If you have successfully redeemed your reward, you should see a “Congratulations” popup window. This indicates that your reward has been sent to your registered PayPal or e-Giftcard email.
5. What can I redeem the points for?
Points are redeemable for cash through PayPal or e-Giftcards. E-Giftcards are currently available to U.S. residents only.

  The app works most of the time but it can glitch out in the middle of a survey and then you're stuck; you have to force the app to close and lose your progress. It'd be nice if it recognized a number field entry and defaulted to that format. Also there is no option to change from portrait to landscape layout. It's only portrait on the app, even if the survey tells you otherwise.

  Very deceptive. Most surveys will kick you out half way through for not meeting demographic requirements and only award 3 points (500 needed for a $5 gift card). 10 minutes into a 15 minute survey and you can be removed for answering a question "wrong". Very frustrating The length of surveys is under represented. Expect them to be anywhere from 20 to 50% longer than stated.

  Haven't claimed anything yet, but I'm getting an alright amount of points. The past 20 Surveys automatically quit and said i don't qualify. The ONLY reason this app isn't 5 stars: I did a "16 Minute Survey for 20 Points". Turns out, I spent 30+ Minutes on it just for it to say at the end when completed "uh oh, looks like you dont qualify, Here's 3 Points".

  Generally, not a positive experience. You will put in 10 to 15 minutes only to find out that you've been rejected for the survey. It's ridiculous. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because they pay out quickly when you finally get enough points for it.

  Great app if it worked right got to enough to redeem went to verify put in code they send to put in and error. Need to go into call queue and someone will call me by end of day its been 2 days now still nothing send email still nothing no one has gotten ahold of me to fix issue with redeeming found company phone number called mid day 12 pst time and get message that its after hours to leave a message will update review if someone gets ahold of me and fixes issue UPDATE they got the issue resolve

  not a bad way to make some extra cash. it takes a while to build enough points to make any reasonable money, and isn't a substitute for a real job. you do get paid a few points for surveys you don't qualify for, but sometimes you get halfway or more through a survey before it tells you it filled up and you get nothing for your time, but other than that, no real complaints.
