“CLEANLINESS IS NEXT TO GODLINESS” - Mahatma Gandhi With Swachh Bharat App we aim to deliver a solution which can categorize the prevalent problem , understand the problem, and record & locate the problem location.
This mobile application will enable the citizens to post a civic-related issue like a garbage dump, which will then be forwarded to the city corporation concerned and thereafter assigned to the sanitary inspector of the particular ward.
The app enables a citizen to post a civic-related issue (eg; a garbage dump) which is then forwarded to the city corporation concerned and thereafter assigned to the sanitary inspector of the particular ward.
How does it work?
1. Take a picture of the civic-related issue using your smart phone and send it to Municipal Corporation, the app will capture the location while the picture is being taken.
2. Just type the landmark of the complaint location.
3. The complaint will then be assigned to the concerned Cleaning authority.
4. Once the garbage is cleaned, the cleaning authority will send back the unclean
5. Picture followed by clean picture(Complaint Resolved Picture) to the complainer.
