  Very bad as compare to swiggy partner aap, no ringing type notification, no alert call , i didnt come to know about the order unless the driver reached my outlet, only single feature is good i.e. of price changing option, we cant add new item in the menu by self ,we have keep on calling to vendor support for adding new item

  Such a terrible user experience. It's tough to add/remove/edit items from a vendor point of view. My store orders have significantly reduced because of this store update. I've been looking alternative delivery service just because of this issue.
