  Not providing solutions to all the questions. Sometimes,they post questions for which more than one answer is possible,yet they give score only for one answer without explaining why the other one is wrong. Although I keep reporting this issue,they simply ignore my concern. Sometimes,all the words in a question get superimposed on eachother which makes it almost impossible to understand what the question is. Fix all these issues first
