  We started using the Tanda app 3 years ago and it worked fine for a while. When it became Workforce, we started to have issues with the clock not allowing employees to clock in or out. It got progressively worse to the point of our online account no longer recognizing our login information at all. When I attempted to get help, customer service ignored me completely until I asked for our account to be cancelled. Then they offered me a discount on next months services. They continue to be unresponsive as I request that funds no longer be auto withdrawn from our account for the monthly subscription. I am an even keeled person and have never been moved to write an online review of any kind until now.

  The app keeps crashing for me, this app use to work for me but everytime i open it, it just crashes and says app not working. This was a good app until it stopped working.

  I can't even log in. I had to change my password, but it doesn't work. It keeps saying it doesnt match. I have been trying for two days and I can't believe it doesn't work. I had this app before, no previous issues. Please, fix it. My payment depends on it.
