  This app says "Connection to server" for too long. I left it for 10 minutes at still nothing. I checked internet, restarted my phone, I even uninstalled and reinstalled and still stuck on connecting to server! It doesn't even load any contacts.

  We are long time TickTalk users. Coming from TickTalk2 und using TickTalk3 for over a year. The app gets better and better. We love that there are always new enhancements to the app and to the watch. We use it every day and used it in different countries without any issues. Great product.

  Good overall for communication Support for logging in or any problems??? Took over a week to get so I could login on new phone, kept telling me it was a Wi-Fi issue when the app still worked on my old phone with the same network.

  Updated review: It seems the server issues I was encountering on my phone and husband's phone has been resolved. We are no longer timing out when logged in. It has only happened once since, while setting up one of the two watches I bought. Hopefully, it'll improve. Going from 1 star to 4 stars as I am not sure about the accuracy of the watches location yet. Will change as time goes on.

  Watch is good but app is useless. Can't ever get it to work right. Takes forever to load anything. Doesn't keep you signed in. Messaging is clunky when at it's best and completely useless most of time. GPS times out constantly so if I was relying on the watch I would have no idea where my daughter is. Still glad we bought it cause the calling function works great but the app is garbage. Fire your dev team.

  I have Installed the update and the messaging problem continues. Big problem with the app. When the smartwatch sends messages, my phone notifies me but when I go to the App there is no messages there. If this problem if solved I give the application 5 stars. But now, with this problem, 2 stars. Samsung S10
